What differs from another 300 g model?

The unstrung specification is 300 g, 320 mm and 27 inches. The EZONE 100 shares those headline numbers and a 16×19 pattern, but that does not establish identical mass distribution or bending behaviour.

Test what the matching headline numbers leave unexplained: depth from a short swing, face stability on off-centre contact and length control on touch volleys. Keep those observations separate.

RA 72 is not a comfort score

RA 72 is the manufacturer’s frame-stiffness figure. It should not be translated directly into ball speed or an injury-risk rating. Playing mass, stringbed response and impact location also matter.

Avoid the shortcut that a power-oriented frame simply needs a tightly installed polyester. Check whether the complete setup delivers depth and direction while remaining manageable through repeated hitting.

Name the situation in which you need power

Is the missing result depth from a short defensive swing, first-serve speed or less effort during a long rally? Grouping these as one power problem makes the result of a racquet change difficult to judge.

Compare the effort needed to reach a target depth on repeated returns and moving groundstrokes. Also log variation in net clearance. Reproducibility on frequent shots is a more practical reason to choose this frame than one unusually hard hit.
